Meet The Wisconsin Exteriors Team That Makes People
The Heart Of Every Project
In Central & Eastern Wisconsin

Before founding Wisconsin Exteriors with Phil, Ryan rose from estimator all the way to President at a large roofing company. He saw firsthand how fast a growing contractor can lose its way - and built this company as his answer to that. Ryan's approach is simple: put customers first, not as a slogan, but as the foundation of every decision. His advice to any homeowner? Stop shopping for the lowest price. Find someone you can actually trust to do the job right.

• VSI Certified Siding Installer
• GAF Roofing System Certification
• Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor License

No contractor cares about your project more than us!

Phil has been in construction since he was 18 years old. That's a long time to watch where contractors drop the ball - and he'll tell you it almost always comes down to communication and how the customer is treated along the way. He co-founded Wisconsin Exteriors because he knew it could be done better. His advice to any homeowner? Don't judge a project by the cheapest number on the table. Look at the warranties, the total investment, and the person standing behind the work.

• GAF Roofing System Certification
• Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor License
• Deep background in sales, marketing, and project management
• Over 20 years of experience in construction and exterior home improvement

Reviews speak for themselves... No one takes care of homeowners like Wisconsin Exteriors.

Darron Lattomus is a Sales representative at Wisconsin Exteriors, and usually the first face a homeowner meets from the team. He joined the company because it lined up with the things he believes matter most: genuinely serving people, having fun, and keeping the promises you make. For Darron, roofs are great — but the people are what make the work worth doing. His job is to make sure every homeowner feels that from the very first handshake.

• Wide background in construction, sales, project management, leadership, coaching, team building, and business ownership
• Covers roof replacements, storm damage inspections, insurance claims, vinyl siding, windows, doors, project management, and customer service
• Believes homeowners should choose the contractor they actually trust

The best part of my day is getting to know you — the roofs just come with it.

Payton Golding is a Field Supervisor at Wisconsin Exteriors, where he keeps production running and makes sure every homeowner ends up with a finished product they can be proud of. He joined the company for a simple reason: the chance to work alongside his dad, Phil, and help build a roofing company that actually cares — one that puts people and their homes ahead of everything else.

• Hands-on experience across the full exterior — specialized roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and both aluminum and copper gutter work
• Background in project management and customer service
• Quality-check every product and every install so homeowners get the best work available

We live here too. Our team is built to help and protect your home so you can focus on what matters most.

Carlos Medina Sandoval is often the very first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to Wisconsin Exteriors. As part of the customer service team, he answers the phones, sets appointments, and follows up to make sure no one gets lost in the shuffle. He joined the company wanting to learn something new — and quickly found himself surrounded by coworkers who made him feel welcome from day one, in a place where people are treated like people, not case numbers.

• Handles incoming calls, schedules inspections and consultations, follows up with homeowners, and manages the company's lead sources and platforms
