What Central & Eastern Wisconsin Homeowners Say After Working
With Wisconsin Exteriors

Excellent buisness that truly cares about their customers. Ryan and crew do good honest work at a competitive price and are worth your time to look into for your next home project!

My dad has early dementia and was fooled by a sales person going door to door selling gutters, which he did need done. I was able call up Wisconsin Exteriors and have someone out there the next day to show me that the quote given to my dad was 3 times what they would have charged! They were going to put commercial grade gutters on and add leaf protectors (without having a tree in the yard) around the whole house. We were able to cancel that company and go with Wisconsin Exterior and I couldn’t have been more happy with the decision! They were so helpful, kind and patient! 5+ star review!!

My wife and I are very happy with the work preformed and guidance through this repair process. At the end of July Menasha was hit hard by a tornado. We had our neighbors tree smash through our garage roof. Phil showed up the day after to assess and tarp for us. Phil did the walk through with the insurance adjuster. Man am I thankful for Phil and wisconsin exteriors. Phil sat down with my wife and I to explain to us all the insurance paperwork. What we were entitled to and so forth. Wisconsin exteriors finished the work with minimal disruptions. There were a few minor communication set backs, but that's to be expected with all the work that had to be done in the neenah menasha area. The workmanship is great our property is now in better shape than it was before the tornado.

The biggest thank you Phil, Ryan, and the crew from wisconsin exteriors for helping us turn the page from this tragedy.

Ryan and team did a fabulous job installing new roof, gutters and board and batten. Wanting to finish in one day, the roofing team starting at 5:30am and worked until 9:30pm. Ryan followed up and inspected and finished a last minute job we added on a Saturday evening.

Ryan and team were responsive and communicated with us throughout the project.

I recommend Ryan and Wisconsin Exteriors for any of your roofing or gutter needs.

Sam and Ryan were very responsive to our questions and concerns. While there were a few issues that cropped up along the way with our roofing job, they were quickly resolved. I think this is what sets Wisconsin Exteriors apart from other companies. They actually call you back timely and offer solutions to concerns. Thank you, WI Exteriors for creating a customer service focused culture within your company.

Everyone was very professional. They showed up when they said they would, and kept me updated at every step of the process. I had no worries, and i'm very happy with my roof gutters in new windows.

Throughout this process I’ve dealt with Sam, Nick and Ryan. All very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had roof and gutters replaced. Project start date was only one day later than originally scheduled but it was due to the storms and tornado in Menasha. Work was completed in a day and a half and the finished project looks amazing. The yard was cleaned up and I’m very happy I chose Wisconsin Exteriors.

Great customer service and professionalism by Darron, Nick and owner Ryan all through the process of ordering a new roof (ours was over 20yrs old and had some damage from hail). Their work crew was efficient (done in a day), skilled, courteous, hard-working, and did a great job cleaning-up afterwards (nails, debris, etc.) - we highly recommend them! Kathy and Rick Strebe

They're advertisement was only for wisconsin exteriors!.... I was not bombarded with advertisements.Texts messaging for any other businesses!!!...Praise God! They were very quick with roof assessment and quote! I am very happy with price and job done!!!

Beyond thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Wisconsin Exteriors! From our new roof, siding and gutters, to the communication and customer service, they were been top notch to work with. Price point was competitive and even followed up to ensure our satisfaction before issuing the final invoice! Their workers cleaned up after themselves and kept us up to date throughout the project. Highly recommend!

Wisconsin Exteriors is one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with. Exceptional quality of materials, an extremely hard working staff, and an incredible detailed clean up after the roofing job was completed. We are sooooooo extremely impressed. We we would recommend Wisconsin Exteriors (owner - Ryan Schuessler) to anyone! We have them coming back to put on new siding as well. We can't wait! Thank you everyone at Wisconsin Exteriors! Bravo on a job well done

I'm glad I ended up picking these guys for my roof. Half of my roof was asbestos 100+ years old with cedar shingles below it. They took it all off and installed new osb before the shingles and underlayment

I got the highest rated shingles just because I'm not that old and will live here until I die. My project also included fascia, soffit, and gutters.

Not only does it look amazing but it withstood the EF3 tornado that destroyed most of my neighborhood.

They finished the roof install on a Sunday, the tornado hit at noon Monday and not a single shingle was affected. The worst of the storm was about a block away. Houses are completely gone., garages destroyed or blown over, cars thrown, windows blown out, etc. I kinda feel some type of guilt because everything here was unaffected.

No it doesn't mean their roofs are tornado proof, but mine for sure withstood it.

The only thing I don't like.... Now I feel like I need to replace the siding because the siding is old and the roof is beautiful!

I also didn't feel like the salesman was trying to manipulate me, he was nice, patient, and accommodating going through the process. Returned a quote with what I needed.

It was a big job and they tackled it very well!

The craftsmanship and professionalism was top notch.

They installed a new shingle rood, and repaired the damage to my front porch from the tornado. Their crew was very polite efficient and helpful!! From the estimate to the final review. They left my yard spotless there was not one piece of debris left in my yard, it was cleaner than when they got there. Their entire crew was amazing and even did things that were not required! I would highly recommend!!

Wisconsin Exteriors helped my family and I recover from the Menasha tornado in July. The day after the tornado Darron was there for us. He accommodated an immediate emergency tarping for our roof and ensured we had what we needed until we could get a replacement. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and emphatic. The team that installed our roof were kind and helpful. The ensured my patio was free of debris and spent extra time cleaning up my yard. I highly recommend Wisconsin Exteriors!

Was a pleasure working with this company. They were swift to complete the job and completed it in a timely manner as well. When we found out my insurance wasn't going to cover all of the expenses, minus my deductible, they work out a plan of attack with me. It was all so very smooth from start to finish. Even their work crew was nice and respectful.

After getting quotes from multiple roofing companies, my wife and I decided to go with Wisconsin Exteriors. From the quote that Darron gave us, to the day of the installation, there was never any doubt that this would be a great company to choose. Got a quote on Wednesday, August 12th and decided to pull the trigger and go with them. Got a text message the following day saying that our materials were being ordered. We weren't expecting our roof to be done for about 3-4 weeks out, but got a text message on August 18th saying that our materials were going to be delivered that day and we were on the schedule for the following morning. I loved the quick turn around, but the only thing I would have liked was a little more of a notice than 20-24 hours, especially with a dog that is home alone all day, so I ended up taking a last minute vacation day to stay home to keep her calm.

Another thing that would have been nice would be communication during and after the first day of the install. After the crew was done the first day, they just got in their trucks and drove away, leaving us wondering if they were completely done, when they were doing the gutters, etc... So I texted the project manager after 7 PM to try to get some answers as to if they were completely done or not. They had to come out the following morning to finish the rubber membrane on our flat part of our roof, and I asked the guy after he was done when the gutters were going to be installed, he didn't know and I had to contact the project manager again. Gutters got installed a week later on August 26th. Overall, the roof and gutters look amazing, and we wouldn't change anything, except for better communication during the project.

Team was great to work with. Was very timely in getting the work completed for tear off, new decking, knocking down chimney below roof line, installation of shingles, and gutters. Was upfront of any additional costs that could occur that could not see upon quote inspection. Was transparent about what they could do and couldn't do which there wasn't anything they couldn't do. The final look was exactly what I was looking for and house should be good for the next 50years.

We worked with Sam, Nick, and Payton on the various aspects of the project (roof and gutter replacement). All the contacts were very responsive and walked us through the process as each step took place. Sam was respective and flexible with our time and opinions. We didn't feel a sales pressure tactic that we have experienced with other home repair projects. Great company to work with and we would recommend to others in the area.

We used Wisconsin Exteriors to replace a roof and skylight and add sun tunnels. Right from the start I knew I would be choosing them for the job. The professionalism is top notch, the communication clear, consistent and timely. They followed through on my requests for pictures. The job was completed in a timely manner and even when things got a little tricky with the sky tunnels, Ryan was right there helping to make sure everything went smoothly. The entire crew was on time, courteous and and experienced. Thank you Sam, Ryan, and the whole team. The roof looks great!

we were happy with the work on the roof and gutters. It would have been nicer if we could communicate with them in english. the gutter crew worked hard and fast. I would recommend them to others

They replaced our roof after hail damage; one of the first in the neighborhood to get the work completed. It looks great! They really went above and beyond to try to find every nail that fell in the process which I appreciate as we have a dog and do go barefoot. They worked with us and our insurance, but never inflated the price.

Ryan was very quick to get back to me to set up a time to meet. He was thorough in answering my questions. My repair was able to be completed the next day, and the price was fair.

Did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything meticulously. Sam was the only salesman that crawled all the way into my attic to discover a leak i didn't know we had.

I needed a “regular” roof and two flat roofs. Sam came out and took pictures and videos. Materials were ordered and I was put in the schedule. It really was that easy. I reached out to Sam a couple times with questions, and he never made me feel like the nuisance I probably was 🙂 I’ll be reaching out again when I’m ready to replace my patio doors!

I didn't want a new roof and new siding. I needed it. I had a lot of quotes from a lot of other companies. Those other companies were pushy, and expensive. and just a nightmare You will not have a bad experience with Wisconsin Exteriors. They have just the perfect amount of communication, they are quick to get the job done. I fully believe they will do what ever it takes to make you satisfied in the end. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and ensuring you have the results you are looking for.

Thank you for a job well done!

I have had great communication with Sam Jeffers from Wisconsin Exteriors since he came to look at my gutter and roofing issues. I felt like I was talking to an old friend the whole time. He listened to my issues, talked a plan through with me including many options for the work. He has followed up with me when I have questions and has just been wonderful!!

I can't wait to have my work done so I can praise this company even more. Sam, thank you for being such a great guy and thank you for helping me figure all of this out with my house!

Had a leak coming into the house from the roof. It was raining and getting worse. Ryan, the owner, came out that day and did a temporary fix to stop the leak . The next day he sent out some one to complete the job!!! We are very impressed and satisfied with this company

The owner Ryan came to give us an estimate to have our roof replaced. His communication prior to arrival was great. When he arrived he explained just what he would be doing. It took about 30 minutes for him to complete his assessment. He explained everything and showed us all of the photos he took. He upfront told us that our roof looked pretty good but for one area that needed to be repaired immediately. It was a welcome honest approach. Much different than most companies. He was straight up honest. After we went over everything, based on his findings we chose to have the area repaired rather than unnecessarily replacing the entire roof at this time. We will certainly be using him when the time comes though based on his honest professional approach.

Had Wisconsin Exteriors come out and give us a quote for a new roof! They didn’t push us to agree to a contract right away like the others did. Even got us a discount from the manufacturer even though the promotion was up! Crew came in Monday morning and was done in the afternoon. Gutters installed the following day! Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Wisconsin Exteriors. We had the roofs replaced on our house & garage, and also the gutters & downspouts on our barn. Sam came out to give us a quote. He was very professional, polite and gave us details on exactly what would be done. They were going to be removing our old shingles and installing a solar fan to reduce heat in the attic. Sam did not try to pressure us into using their company either. Scott was the project manager and he was great as well. He spent a lot of time here with the crew and kept us updated on everything. We were very impressed with the crew and how well they took care of the cleanup also. There was nothing left lying around and they went around the perimeter of the house and garage with a magnetic roller a couple times. After the installation crew left, Scott stuck around and did another round with the roller. We are very happy with the job they did and would definitely recommend them.

Ryan did an amazing job performing the roof inspection. He took lots of pictures inside my attic and on the roof so I could make a well informed decision on a new roof. Time between decision and installation was very quick. Ryan kept me well informed throughout the project. The team was here early, protected all of my gardens and then completed the whole project start to finish in the same day. They did a great job cleaning up the job site when they were done. Ryan did a full ground and roof inspection the next day. I will definitely recommend Wisconsin Exteriors to all of my friends!!

Ryan of Wisconsin Exteriors was amazing to work with. Had patience for the 100's of questions I had. Was very receptive to returning phone calls, texts, and emails...even with the plethora of them. He was completely understanding when the insurance company AND bank took more time than normal to have the money available for payment. His work crew was very kind and pleasant to have around. Their work was amazing and done in a more timely fashion than I had expected. One of the best experiences I have ever had. I would recommend Wisconsin Exteriors to anyone looking for a contractor for roofing. The job was completed beyond our expectations when it comes to quality and timeliness.

Ryan demonstrated to us that even the small projects matter. Even though our project was smaller than most he handled our home renovations with outstanding customer service and professionalism. Ryan’s communication was outstanding. There was never a point where i didn’t know where my project was along the process of being completed. Highly recommend.

Ryan and his crew have made completely transforming our home a breeze. From amazing communication to vast knowledge of all things roofing/siding and beyond. Every detail is clearly discussed and outlined. Deliveries, timeframe, even dumpster coordination. He never leaves you hanging and answers all the questions. We highly recommend Wisconsin Exteriors!
