After getting quotes from multiple roofing companies, my wife and I decided to go with Wisconsin Exteriors. From the quote that Darron gave us, to the day of the installation, there was never any doubt that this would be a great company to choose. Got a quote on Wednesday, August 12th and decided to pull the trigger and go with them. Got a text message the following day saying that our materials were being ordered. We weren't expecting our roof to be done for about 3-4 weeks out, but got a text message on August 18th saying that our materials were going to be delivered that day and we were on the schedule for the following morning. I loved the quick turn around, but the only thing I would have liked was a little more of a notice than 20-24 hours, especially with a dog that is home alone all day, so I ended up taking a last minute vacation day to stay home to keep her calm.
Another thing that would have been nice would be communication during and after the first day of the install. After the crew was done the first day, they just got in their trucks and drove away, leaving us wondering if they were completely done, when they were doing the gutters, etc... So I texted the project manager after 7 PM to try to get some answers as to if they were completely done or not. They had to come out the following morning to finish the rubber membrane on our flat part of our roof, and I asked the guy after he was done when the gutters were going to be installed, he didn't know and I had to contact the project manager again. Gutters got installed a week later on August 26th. Overall, the roof and gutters look amazing, and we wouldn't change anything, except for better communication during the project.
